Work with me

Please use the form below to get in touch. All messages are delivered to my personal e-mail address. I respond to every message - professional work inquiries - within 24 hours.  You may also write to me at Sistema Tulsa - 1301 South Boston Avenue, Tulsa, OK, 74119.

Thank you for your interest in my work. My professional journey is rooted in a deep commitment to advancing the common good, improving the effectiveness and impact of education systems, and leading and scaling non-profit initiatives. As the current Director of Sistema Tulsa, my mission is to leverage the transformative power of the Arts to foster positive academic outcomes, personal well-being, and vibrant civic engagement among young people. I hold the Public Leadership Credential from the Kennedy School of Government and I am currently pursuing my Masters of Education degree also at Harvard University.

My work is grounded in best practices of Arts education and informed by public policy perspectives. I am especially focused on creating sustainable programs and partnerships that include faith-based organizations, local school districts, philanthropic foundations, and other community stakeholders. I am keenly interested in exploring the intersections of Arts education with mental health, civic participation, and economic or workforce development to demonstrate both immediate and long-term benefits for communities. I also have experience being an active participant of non-profit boards, most recently as Chairman of the Oklahoma Arts Institute.

Furthermore, I am actively thinking about building models for educational leadership—positioning leaders equipped with advanced macro-level skills in leveraging resources, observing whole systems, and acting upon problems of practice. This inquiry supports my overarching goal of reimagining how we build and sustain impactful learning ecosystems that benefit student's self-determination.

In addition to my administrative and research pursuits, I am an experienced orchestral conductor available to collaborate with youth and professional orchestras. I have led programs alongside top-tier orchestras and am passionate about creating transformative musical experiences for players and audiences alike. My background includes developing and conducting innovative concerts, residencies, and educational initiatives designed to inspire and empower musicians at all levels.

If you are interested in learning more about my experience and qualifications, my full and updated CV is available upon request. I am always eager to connect with individuals and organizations who are passionate about making education more effective and equitable, and raising the profile of the Arts as a catalyst for positive change. Let’s explore how we can collaborate to create scalable, meaningful impact in our communities—whether through educational partnerships, policy initiatives, or exceptional musical performances.

I look forward to hearing from you!
